The owner of Alpine Solar Heat and Hot Water is a long time Scout leader.  You can use the contact information at the top of this page or in the sidebar to inquire about Scouting in Windsor, Cummington, and surrounding towns in Massachusetts.  There is no direct connection between the Scout groups and the business of selling solar hot water collectors.

Many decades ago, before environmentalism was popular, the Boy Scouts of America was actively involved in conserving the earth.  Scouts continue to learn about protecting our environment and they participate in projects to benefit our community, land, water, and air.

 

During the 2018 Memorial Day weekend Troop 93 Scouts raised the American flag at the Town Hall, walked from the East Windsor Cemetery to the Shaw Road Cemetery, then to the Windsor Hill Cemetery, to place flags at the Veteran’s graves.
